I can see 2 monsters: 1. a half snake/seamonster on bottom left. 2. go to bottom left and count EVERY part straight up, stop on 6.
BUT: It can be a puzzle to. Cut it up in photoshop AND: It can be a weird mosaik: Go to top left. There is a light blue part and a dark part, dark part is eye 1. from eye 1 go 2 figures to the RIGHT, there is a red and a blue figure. Red figure is eye 2. from eye 2 go two figures straight DOWN, There are 3 black parts; thats the mouth. If you use your fantasy you can figure out the body ;)

It looks like a monkey...
I haven't bothered looking yet because basically nobody's IQ is 200 or more, so I'm guessing that there isn't really a monster.

You can't have more than 180.
It can't be accurately measured after 180, but you can have higher than that. Stephen Hawkings' IQ is estimated to be over 250 points.

My opinion is that different people see a picture differently compared to past experiences.
